the staff were helpful and friendly (especially Nicholas).
i stayed on the top floor and the stairs were a struggle. the room was small and the furnishings were quite worn. i found the location a bit far from the city center.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Present

street noiseinadequate insulation
The street outside was quite noisy, and the window insulation was not adequate! I could hear everything happening outside. It was rather annoying. The location is also a bit further from the city center than I would have liked. It meant a longer walk. The distance, combined with the noise, did detract from the overall experience, though.

the room was neat. it was cleaned daily by the staff. the guest house has a good location. it allows quick access to the city center (this was important to me).
the furniture looked a bit old. i found just one pillow in the room and it was not very comfortable. the window didn't stay open (i wanted some fresh air).
